1.1: Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1.2: These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users who access or use the Service.
1.3: By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.4: If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2.0: Definitions
2.1: “365 Travel” means 365 Travel Ltd. with Registered Office: 16 Craigston Drive, Dunfermline, KY12 0XE [Company number: SC516063]
2.2: “You” and “Your” means any individual or company who places the booking with us.
2.3: “We” and “Us” and “Our” means 365 Travel Ltd.

3.0: Services
3.1: If you wish to purchase our service made available through the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your service requirement including, without limitation, your name, contact number, pick up points, drop off points, flight numbers, train / bus departure & arrival times. These will enable the best possible service for you.

4.0: Booking & Liability
4.1: You are responsible for ordering the correct size of vehicle to carry all passengers (All children count as one person) and luggage. We will not travel with more than the maximum amount of persons for the vehicle.
4.2: 365 Travel accept no responsibility for times requested by client for Pickups for Airport Departures. You must allow correct time to include possibility of delays caused by traffic, check in and clearing security (especially at peak times).
4.3: 365 Travel will endeavour to reach your destination on time. We will not be held responsible for lateness of arrival and any losses incurred that are outside of our control.
4.4: Liability for any damage caused to vehicle by a member of your party is indemnified by you.
4.5: 365 Travel reserve the right to cancel or terminate a journey with immediate effect and will not be held responsible for your onward travel if there is any threat towards or abuse of driver or vehicle and passengers will be asked to alight the vehicle.
4.6: 365 Travel are not required to supply child seats under current UK law.
4.7: It is the responsibility of any child’s parent / guardian / carer to ensure that seat supplied by parent / guardian / carer for their child is fitted by them and that child is correctly secure the child in the seat.
4.8: As a service to customers with children 365 Travel will store their child seat until the return journey.

5.0: Quotations and Payments
5.1: Once you have our quotation it will stand good unless there is any change to the original route, more Pickups / Drop offs, etc. or the amount of passengers requiring a larger vehicle.
5.2: 365 Travel reserve the right to charge at the current waiting time rate if there is excess waiting time after agreed pickup time from premises and also after landing time.
5.3: With the exception of pre-arranged business accounts all journeys must be paid in full on the day.
5.4: 365 Travel have a small (3%) surcharge which is imposed upon us by card retailer which we pass on for all card payments.
5.5: Cash payments incur no surcharge.
5.6: 365 Travel do not accept cheques.

6.0: Links To Other Web Sites
6.1: Our Service may contain links to third ¬party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by 365 Travel.
6.2: 365 Travel has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
6.3: You further acknowledge and agree that 365 Travel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

7.0: Changes
7.1: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
7.2: If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
7.3: What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
