Q: How can I book a taxi in advance?

Q: How do I pre book a vehicle for an Airport Transfer / Sporting Event / Wedding Guests Transport / Day Out?

Q: I would like to use you as a courier service, is this possible?

A: Yes, your business can also set up an account with 365 Travel to allow for this.


Q: Can I open a Business / Corporate Account?

A: Yes. We will keep your account easy to follow with all individual journeys being listed with all necessary information that you require. Who, when, where from, where to, cost, etc. Please discuss with us what you would like to incorporate.


Q: Do you have a Meet & Greet service for Clients / Family / Friends at the Airport?

A: Yes, very handy for young and old alike or indeed foreign travellers arriving at the airport for the first time. This can be done for a small additional fee. Driver will wait at the Arrivals gate with name clearly displayed on a sign.


Q: How can I pay for my taxi?

A: Cash, Business Account or Chip & Pin are all ways to pay.


Q: Can you call me when vehicle has arrived as we are unable to see the street from our house / flat?

A: Yes, that is no problem as long as we have your contact number, we will call you to alert you to our arrival.


Q: Are you able to pick up children without an adults presence and what is in place to make sure they are safe?

A: Yes, we can pick up your children, 365 Travel drivers who will pick your children up will have gone through the Disclosure Scotland check to give you peace of mind.


Q: How can I keep in touch with what is happening in Fife?

A: We are looking to incorporate a regular Newsletter, any ideas for content would be appreciated as we want you the customer to get what they want.


Q: What if I have left property in 365 Travel vehicle?

A: We check on your exit from the journey that you haven’t left anything, but if something is missed by the driver, we will try to get in touch with you, depending upon what means of contact we have for you. Failing that, please telephone 07495 944 275 as soon as you realise what you have left.
